TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between CasinoPlay777 ("Company," "Operator," "CasinoPlay777," "we," or "us") and any individual who accesses or uses the CasinoPlay777 Gaming System ("Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, purchasing game entries, or participating in any game offered through the Platform, the user ("Player") confirms that the Player has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Account" refers to a registered player profile maintained within the Platform.

1.4 "Wil Coins" refers to digital credits used within the Platform for gameplay.

1.6 "Player" refers to any individual who registers an Account and participates in the Platform.

1.7 "Prize" refers to any reward or payout resulting from participation in the CasinoPlay777 game.

1.8 "System Records" refers to electronic logs documenting gameplay, transactions, and system events.

2. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

2.1 The Platform operates within the legal framework governing gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.

2.2 The Company shall comply with applicable laws governing gaming operations, anti-money laundering compliance, consumer protection, and data privacy.

2.3 The Company may implement operational policies and technical safeguards necessary to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

2.4 The Company reserves the right to modify or suspend gaming operations where required to comply with regulatory directives.

3. REGULATORY AUTHORITY

3.1 Gaming activities conducted through the Platform may be subject to oversight by competent regulatory authorities.

3.2 The Company may cooperate with inspections, audits, or enforcement proceedings conducted by such authorities.

3.3 Players acknowledge that regulatory actions may affect game availability, transaction limits, or withdrawal procedures.

4. REGULATORY SUPREMACY

4.1 In the event of conflict between these Terms and applicable law or regulatory directive, such law or directive shall prevail.

4.2 The Company may suspend operations, cancel games, void wagers, freeze accounts, or delay payouts where necessary to comply with regulatory requirements.

5. PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

5.1 Participation in the Platform is limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years old.

5.2 The Player represents that he or she meets the minimum age requirement at all times during use of the Platform.

6. LEGAL CAPACITY

6.1 The Player represents that he or she possesses legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

6.2 Individuals lacking legal capacity under applicable law are prohibited from participating.

7. PROHIBITED PERSONS

7.1 The following persons may be prohibited from participating:

• employees of the Company involved in game operations;
• regulatory officials overseeing gaming activities;
• persons subject to gaming exclusion programs;
• individuals prohibited by law from participating in gaming activities.

7.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts belonging to prohibited persons.

8. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

8.1 Players must create a registered Account through the official Platform.

8.2 The Player must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

8.3 Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

9. SINGLE ACCOUNT POLICY

9.1 Each Player may maintain only one Account.

9.2 Duplicate accounts may be suspended or terminated at the Company's discretion.

10. IDENTITY VERIFICATION

10.1 The Company shall implement Know-Your-Customer procedures to verify the identity of Players.

10.2 Players may be required to submit government-issued identification and supporting documents.

11. ACCOUNT SECURITY

11.1 Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

11.2 Activity conducted through a Player's Account shall be deemed authorized by the Player.

12. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS

12.1 The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from the Player's failure to safeguard login credentials.

13. WIL COINS

13.1 Wil Coins represent internal digital credits used for participation in Platform games.

13.2 Wil Coins do not constitute legal tender and have no monetary value outside the Platform.

14. DEPOSITS

14.1 Players may fund Accounts through payment channels approved by the Company.

14.2 The Company may impose deposit limits or reject suspicious transactions.

15. WITHDRAWALS

15.1 Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification and compliance checks.

15.2 The Company may delay withdrawals where necessary to comply with regulatory obligations.

16. TRANSACTION MONITORING

16.1 The Company may monitor financial transactions to detect suspicious or fraudulent activity.

17. SOURCE OF FUNDS

17.1 The Company may require documentation verifying the lawful source of funds used for deposits.

18. SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY REPORTING

18.1 Transactions suspected to involve unlawful activity may be reported to competent authorities.

19. GAME PARTICIPATION

19.1 Players may purchase entries to participate in CasinoPlay777 game rounds through the Platform.

20. GAME MECHANICS

20.1 Official game mechanics shall be described in the Official CasinoPlay777 Game Rules Appendix.

20.2 The Company reserves the right to modify game mechanics where necessary.

21. RANDOMIZATION PROCESS

21.1 Game outcomes may be determined through mechanical randomizer machines or certified electronic randomization systems.

22. INDEPENDENT TESTING

22.1 Randomization systems may be tested by independent laboratories.

23. DRAW INTEGRITY

23.1 The Company shall maintain audit logs documenting draw procedures and results.

24. FINALITY OF RESULTS

24.1 Official system records of draw outcomes shall be final and binding.

25. PRIZE ELIGIBILITY

25.1 Prize payouts are subject to verification procedures.

25.2 Funds or credits in the account of player who is found ineligible to play shall mean forfeiture of said funds/ credits in favor of the Government.

26. MAJOR PRIZE VERIFICATION

26.1 Major prize claims may require enhanced identity verification.

27. PRIZE PAYMENT

27.1 Prizes may be credited to Player accounts or paid through authorized payout channels.

27.2 Php50,000.00 and Below - normal processing time is One (1) to Three (3) banking days. Above Php50,000 - normal processing time is Three (3) to Ten (10) banking days.

28. TAXES

28.1 Players are responsible for taxes associated with gaming winnings.

29. UNCLAIMED PRIZES

29.1 Prizes not claimed within one (1) year may be forfeited.

30. JACKPOT FUNDING

30.1 Large prizes may be funded through operational reserves, insurance, or escrow arrangements.

31. BROADCAST DELAY

31.1 Broadcast streams of draw events may experience transmission delay or latency.

32. SYSTEM RECORDS

32.1 Electronic system logs maintained by the Platform shall constitute definitive evidence of gameplay and transactions.

33. SYSTEM MALFUNCTION

33.1 The Company reserves the right to void transactions affected by system malfunction.

34. ERROR CORRECTION

34.1 Winnings resulting from technical errors may be cancelled.

35. FRAUD DETECTION

35.1 The Company may investigate suspected fraud including multi-accounting and collusion.

36. PROMOTION ABUSE

36.1 Abuse of promotional offers may result in cancellation of bonuses.

37. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

37.1 Players must not manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.

38. AUTOMATED PLAY

38.1 The use of bots or automated software is prohibited.

39. COLLUSION

39.1 Players must not collaborate to gain unfair advantage.

40. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

40.1 The Company promotes responsible gaming practices.

41. SELF-EXCLUSION

41.1 Players may request voluntary restrictions on gaming activity.

42. SPENDING LIMITS

42.1 The Platform may offer tools enabling Players to limit deposits or gameplay.

43. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

43.1 The Company may suspend accounts suspected of violating these Terms.

44. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

44.1 The Company may terminate accounts engaged in serious violations.

45. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

45.1 The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

46. INDEMNIFICATION

46.1 Players agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from misuse of the Platform.

47. FORCE MAJEURE

47.1 The Company shall not be liable for events beyond its reasonable control.

48. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

48.1 All intellectual property associated with the Platform belongs to CasinoPlay777

49. DATA PRIVACY

49.1 Player data shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

50. REGULATORY DISCLOSURE

50.1 The Company may disclose information to regulators where required.

51. AUDIT RIGHTS

51.1 Regulators may be granted access to operational records.

52. RECORD RETENTION

52.1 Transaction records shall be maintained in accordance with legal requirements.

53. GOVERNING LAW

53.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

54. EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION

54.1 Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

55. AMENDMENTS

55.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

56. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

56.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Player and the Company regarding the Platform.

57. BONUSES AND WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

57.1 All bonuses, including deposit-match bonuses, are discretionary promotional credits. The Company may modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus program at any time without prior notice. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect bonuses already granted.

57.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer, bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement equal to the bonus amount multiplied by the multiplier stated in the offer. Wagering progress is measured exclusively by settled real-money bets recorded in the Company's transaction ledger after the moment the bonus is granted. Winnings, refunds, and voided bets do not count toward wagering.

57.3 While a bonus is active and its wagering requirement is not complete, withdrawals from the account are locked. The Player may at any time forfeit the active bonus, in which case the bonus amount (up to the current account balance) is removed and withdrawals unlock immediately. Winnings generated while the bonus was active remain in the account only after wagering completion or forfeiture as described.

57.4 Each bonus carries an expiry period. Bonuses whose wagering is not completed within the stated validity period expire automatically and the bonus amount (up to the current account balance) is reclaimed.

57.5 A maximum bet limit applies while a wagering requirement is active, as stated in the offer. The Platform enforces this limit at the point of bet placement. Any attempt to circumvent the limit, including through system error, entitles the Company to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

57.6 Only one bonus may be active per account at any time. Welcome or first-deposit offers are limited to one per person, per household, per device, per payment instrument, and per IP address. The Company may withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses and derived winnings where multiple accounts, identity manipulation, or coordinated play are detected.

57.7 Bonus abuse, including low-risk wagering patterns designed primarily to convert bonus funds into withdrawable funds, opposite or hedged betting across accounts, exploiting game or pricing errors, or any strategy intended to extract promotional value rather than participate in genuine play, constitutes a material breach. The Company may in such cases void bonuses and associated winnings, reverse transactions, and suspend or close accounts. The Company's determination of bonus abuse, acting reasonably on its records, is final.

58. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND CLAIMS

58.1 Promotional offers may be granted automatically upon a qualifying deposit or may require the Player to claim the offer before depositing. A claimed offer applies to the next qualifying deposit only, may be cancelled by the Player before use, and may be replaced by claiming a different offer.

58.2 All promotional amounts, percentages, caps, minimum deposits, wagering multipliers, and validity periods are those displayed in the offer at the time of grant, denominated in the site currency. Displayed marketing text is descriptive; the recorded offer parameters govern.

58.3 The Company may exclude any player from promotions, without obligation to state reasons, where fraud, abuse, or regulatory risk is suspected.

59. VIP CLUB AND LOYALTY REWARDS

59.1 VIP levels are determined by lifetime wagered turnover as recorded in the Company's ledger. Level thresholds, level-up rewards, cashback rates, and perks are published on the VIP page and may be adjusted prospectively at any time.

59.2 Level-up rewards are one-time credits per level per account. Weekly cashback, where applicable to the Player's level, is calculated as the published percentage of the Player's net losses (settled bets minus winnings) over the preceding calendar week and is credited upon the Player's first qualifying interaction of the new week. Cashback is not payable on bonus abuse, voided play, or reversed transactions.

59.3 Loyalty rewards granted in error, or computed from play later voided or reversed, may be corrected or reclaimed by the Company.

60. LEAGUE COMPETITIONS

60.1 League competitions, including any top-tier monthly league, are open only to accounts meeting the published eligibility criteria (such as reaching the required VIP level). Participation is automatic upon eligibility and free of charge.

60.2 League scoring is based solely on wagered turnover recorded in the Company's ledger within the competition period. Milestone rewards and season prizes, including qualification minimums and rank prize bands, are those published at the season start and may be changed prospectively for future seasons.

60.3 Final standings are computed from the Company's records after the season closes and are final. Prizes are credited to the winning accounts automatically. Where two or more accounts have equal scores, the account reaching the score first ranks higher.

60.4 The Company may disqualify from any competition, and withhold or reclaim prizes from, any account engaged in collusion, coordinated or opposite betting, use of multiple accounts, or any manipulation of league standings. Disqualification decisions, acting reasonably on the Company's records, are final.

61. GAME ERRORS, MALFUNCTIONS AND INCOMPLETE ROUNDS

61.1 Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Where a game, draw, table, or system malfunction occurs, all affected bets are void and stakes are returned, regardless of any result displayed to the Player.

61.2 The authoritative outcome of every game round is the outcome generated and recorded by the Company's game servers. Client-side displays, animations, artwork, paytables, balances, or messages shown in error create no entitlement. In any discrepancy between the display and the server record, the server record prevails.

61.3 Amounts credited in error, including duplicated payouts, mispriced odds, incorrect bonus credits, and errors of any payment provider, remain the property of the Company and may be reversed from the account balance. Where the balance is insufficient, the Player shall return the shortfall on demand.

61.4 The Player must not knowingly exploit any error and must report discovered errors promptly. Winnings derived from knowing exploitation of an error may be voided.

61.5 If a connection is lost during play, completed bets stand and are settled by the server; any winnings from server-settled rounds are credited automatically. Rounds interrupted before server acceptance are void and stakes returned.

61.6 The Company's stated return-to-player (RTP) figures are long-run theoretical values and do not guarantee any outcome over any session or period.
